Meghan Tibo, M.A. is the Founder and Managing Director of The Tallest Trees. Meghan has over 15 years of experience working in public and charter schools across the state of Texas as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) / School Psychologist.
Meghan received her undergrad and graduate degree in psychology after which she completed an internship in Katy ISD. Meghan also worked for Klein ISD before becoming a contract Licensed Specialist in School Psychology for a Houston based educational staffing agency where she worked in various roles including management for 9 years.
Meghan is well versed in assessment, program evaluation, IEP development, as well as behavioral and social interventions. She also has experience in contentious cases and has been an expert witness for parents in due process hearings. She is passionate about providing social skills interventions to children who have difficulty navigating their social world to ensure that they are adequately prepared to enter the workforce.
Meghan also serves children as a Board Director for Chester Street Foundation which provides educational trainings on the impact of childhood trauma to schools and professionals who serve children. Meghan is very passionate about being a voice for children as well as educating the community about mental health conditions and their impact on society.
When not working, Meghan enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog as well as time with her two daughters and extended family.
